whats the deal
it's a busy world
hey gang, it's me once again :v
i recently put out a large batch of cinematic music track commissions for a friend!
him and a couple others created a minecraft roleplay server dubbed "Devil's Backbone" and the music can be enabled to play in the background as accompaniment on an area-to-area basis as you explore and interact with friends and others. it's a cool concept on paper and was even cooler to finally experience in-game.
i also put out my robot day song, Control Panel :
its themed around one of my characters--
a bubbly AI of questionable quality by the formal name of,
Computing Automaton of Superior Support and Intelligence
(Overall, a Protector with Excellently Instrumented Artillery)
...more commonly referred to as just CASSIOPEIA, for the sake of convenience.
if you've been following me for a bit then you probably recognize her!
anything else ?
a while ago i expressed an interest in gamedevvin and was fiddling about with rpgmaker, but realized that i was pretty limited without jumping through a billion hoops, so i started messing with gamemaker studio. might make something with the rpgmaker engine eventually, but my priorities are on making something fun with a story rather than making a story that happens to also be fun. rpgmaker is more well tailored to the latter than the former, of course ...
no clue if anything will actually come out of it but i do have some (extremely undercooked) ideas at the very least
do make sure your expectations aren't too high, but i advise that you keep your eyes to the skies
"The signal is shot. It's gonna be a while before we can get it up to par again. Do you copy?"
on a tangentially unrelated note, you might notice that im doing a lot more drawings and big compositions again
been trying to challenge myself some more at the cost of a screwed up wrist >.>
remember to always take breaks while drawing, gahaha
